Cancellation Policy

I offer sessions on a twice-weekly, weekly, or fortnightly basis, and will offer you a regular ongoing appointment time that is reserved specifically for you on a long-term basis to ensure consistency in your treatment (e.g., a weekly session occurring on the same day at the same time each week). As such, a cancellation fee equal to the session fee will be charged for cancellations or non-attendance with less than 7 days notice. Cancellation charges will automatically be deducted from the credit card that you have authorised on file. Medicare rebates are not accessible for cancelled or missed sessions.

For added convenience, I provide the following: 

• Appointments via Zoom or telephone if you are unable to make it into the office (e.g., due to travel or illness).

• You may request to move your appointment around within the same calendar week. If we are unable to find a mutually suitable time, you will be charged the cancellation fee as stated above.

• You will never lose your ongoing appointment time due to missed or cancelled sessions.
  

Cancellation fees do not apply if: 

• You are in hospital for any reason;

• Another client is able to fill your appointment time.
